While his brother Clear Sky was bold and ambitious, Gray Wing was quiet and thoughtful. He had intended to stay in the mountains rather than venture out into places unknown – it was only his duty to protect his younger brother Jagged Peak that pulled Gray Wing away from his home and into a new life on the moorland. The tom’s deep sense of love and loyalty to his family not only had an impact on his kin, but on every cat in the forest, and on untold generations to come. While he may not be a Clan founder like his brother, there is no doubt that Gray Wing is the heart of the Clans.
